ROMICA, Inc. (ROMICA, Inc. is the parent company.) is announcing a program on merchantservices. Our intention is not only to provide the best customer service possible, now we have created a
refund program that will make our organization even more competitive. We will refund 10% of an
account’s Gross Processing Revenue (GPR). Our refund program will not only make us more price
competitive, but it will enable us to actually share in the cost of doing business with an organization.
About Refund Program
ROMICA, Inc. operates merchant services via d.b.a. focusing in providing merchant services. We willstart refunding 10% of an account’s GPR upon qualifications. The qualifications are for an account to
have multiple locations and have high volume processing. The GPR is the total of fees and service
charges not associated with any interchange charges (Cost of credit cards set by Visa and Master Card).
The refund will commence after the second month of full processing. The refund will be paid on the 30 th
day of the month after the second month of full processing by the accounts participating in Refund
Program. There will be full transparency of charges by account. ROMICA, Inc. will use the services of Briseno and Associates, Inc. a Laredo, Texas based accounting Firm to refund all payments directly to the prospect, or to whom the prospect decides the refund be paid to.. The refund will be in effect as long as the prospect processes with ROMICA, Inc.
